Returns & Exchanges

At Perry Ellis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via our portal or sent to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
